The Electrical Technician is a trained professional with expert knowledge of service & installation of all residential electrical systems. Success of this role will be measured by the ability to efficiently and accurately service & install residential electrical systems, resulting in leading to customer satisfaction with the finished product.

Responsibilities:

Installation of electrical panel upgrades, lighting, EV chargers, generators & other residential electrical systems.
Be proficient and knowledgeable of Service System and follow it on all appointments.
Be on time for appointments; report timesheet accurately & punctually.
Work alongside customer service & dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Troubleshooting a variety of residential electrical systems.
Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
Performs related work as assigned.

Qualifications:

Journeyman Electrical License preferred, or requisite experience.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and safety practices.
Ability to read and follow blueprints, instructions and rough drawings.
Ability to complete projects unsupervised.
Proficient in basic mathematics and conversions of measurements.
Familiar with wiring / cable, circuit breakers, PVC / MC, generators
Valid Driver's License with no major infractions for the last five (5) years
Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
